How can I contest false ';Particulars'; in a divorce case?

My partner's mother has recently received papers from her separated partner filing for divorce. This has been amicable up until the papers came through. Every ';particular'; on the list is a false claim. How can she contest these particulars and let the truth be known?

Also, he has got several details in the papers wrong, including the date of birth of his youngest child. Does she HAVE to sign these papers or can she contest them again? How can I contest false ';Particulars'; in a divorce case?
The best advice would be to speak to a qualified solicitor. She is probably able to ';reply'; to the particulars to make it clear that she is not agreeable on the matters. If there are things that are not correct or she is unsure, the best thing to do is to find out before signing something.

To be doubley sure how to do this and to find out why certain things may have been written it is best to seek professional advice. How can I contest false ';Particulars'; in a divorce case?
Administrative mistakes to not illegitimize the document. The answer is no.
If it is false of course she has the right to contest, people can't just make stuff up!
