FALSE: Because the square would have 25 smaller squares and 25 is an odd number, so red would have 13, the other (black) would have 12.

TRUE: 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 15
Formula is HS = (n-1) + (n-2) + (n-3) + (n-4) + (n-5)
HS = Handshakes
n = 6 (Total People)
case 2 is true because of the following reasons
Let the 6 persons are A,B,C,D,E,F
A gives shake hands to B,C,D,E,F = 5
B gives shake hands to C,D,E,F = 4
C gives shake hands to D,E,F = 3
D gives shake hands to E,F = 2
E gives shake hands to F = 1
So total shake hands = 15
