Anticipate false cases from wife.plz help?

Now its five months since i got married. We lived together only for one month since then she is living with her parents. One month back I received divorce notice from her advocate and my advocate replied to it saying all allegations are false and i'm not ready for divorce. Now, she is threatening me about filing false cases against me, but no case has been filed in court yet. So, Please tell me how can i get protected from her filing false cases 498a etc.? As i think she will file false cases against me %26amp; family to force me to sign divorce papers, i want to take all possible precautions. Please help.Anticipate false cases from wife.plz help?

Ha Ha. In case you did not know, you do not have to sign divorce papers in order for a judged to grant a divorce. It usually takes a little longer, but she can get the divorce. Do yourself a favor though, if she is unhappy and wants a divorce, let her have it. Do not force her to stay in a marriage that she is unhappy in.
So this is a vindictive person who you married and you only lived together for one month, what are you fighting for? If she's going to go through all the trouble of making you look bad and you don't want to have your advocate get in touch with hers and tell them you will agree to the divorce if all allegations are dropped against you. You couldn't really want to get back together with this person could you? It doesn't seem a good idea.
She can file whatever she wants - false or not. Sorry.


What in the heck happened so fast to make her go from marrying you to filing all these false cases against you and your family??





Consult your attorney more on this - they are your best help at this time. Tell them to tell her attorney that you would like to a mediated meeting with your wife - find out what the hell is wrong and why she seems to want so much trouble?
Clearly, she doesn't want to be married to you. Just give her the divorce and move on.
