Does Yarra Trams encourage inspectors to submit false reports with false documentation? YES. PAY ATTENTION..?

Yes: truth is the defence of defamation.I got on a tram and got up to get a ticket. As I was sitting down an (ugly) man came up to me from the front of the tram and said he was going to fine me. I was stunned. I had bought a ticket and sat down, I didnt know who he was. He wasnt doing an inspection, didnt idenfity himself, ask to see my ticket..it was valid and I had committed no offense. He refused my ID, argued with me not believing my name was my name, having explained to him I am a twin and we dont have the same name. ..as he dismissed my name. Instead He took me off the tram against my will having committed no offense and refusing my licence. He also can't do this. I had explained to him I have short term memory failure, simply meaning I am not going to comprehend why someone would not think my name and stated address are mine.


After all this the fine was dropped...and he said he would site me for false name and address, despite providing my name AND address with no offense committed.





Then I was shocked to recieve in the mail 'failure to provide valid ticket' when i was holding it, false name and address was my address and name was my name. My ticket even pre dates the time of his report. indicating he lied. Its clear he came up to me POST PURCHASE OR THE DATE WOULD BE AFTER HIS REPORT. THE MACHINE IS NOT THIS FAST.


I had said I had a doctors report indicating memory difficulty as part of a brain injury. I was trying to undertand why he refused my ID and at no point was I asked for my ticket as he knows I had one. I thought I had missed someothing to be harrangued like this.


Of course my ticket PRE DATES HIS TIME OF REPORT. IN FACT HE COMMITTED THE CRIME OF UNLAWFUL ARREST/ FALSE IMPRISONMENT. HE TOOK ME UNDER FALSE PRETENSES HAVING NO LEGAL RIGHT TO DETAIN ME AT ANY POINT, it was equally absurd to think a twin has the exact same name AS THEIR TWIN hence my explaining that part of my name is silent so had NOT givena false name but my own.


The fines including the additional fake one was dropped but note: HE HAD ADDED FAILURE TO HAVE A VALID TICKET despite ONLY saying false name and address...even though it was my name and address and I had a valid ticket. There was no point I DIDNT HAVE a valid ticket.


Imigine my suprise to see his FALSIFIED NOTES.


In it he says I showed a RANGE OF DIFFERENT NAMES: NO, I HAD SHOWED HIM MY ID THAT WAS MY NAME.


HE LIED AND SAID HE DID A TICKET INSPECTION. AT NO POINT DID HE DO THIS AND HE LIES AND SAYS I SAID 'I AM JUST GETTING ONE NOW.' So, my FULL FARE VALID DAILLY TICKET means he what: wresteled me to the ground. He lies and says he was in 'close proximity' but he was no where near me, or he would have stopped the purchase. He harassed me as I was sitting down with my ticket. I gave my address, explained I had moved addresses and even have a statement from my housemate: he made no attempt to take accept my address as my address. I mentioned I had a report re: brain injury.


He instead writes up that it wasnt an excuse to not have a ticket: BUT I HAD A VALID TICKET AND HE ONLY APPROACHED ME AFTER I BOUGHT IT. Its not common sense to say that he came up to fine me then I jumped up and fed the machine coins. He didnt have the brains to confiscate the ticket: but he couldnt as it was valid and not invalid.


YES, YARRA TRAMS DO GET THEIR INSPECTORS TO LIE. I was traumatised and shocked to be taken off the tram for HAVING a valid ticket, after explaining my name and address.


His notes are skewed: suggests I had false names, says he did an inspection when he did not, lies and says I said 'I am just getting one now' when I had one already. He got a TRIPLE FINE OUT OF ME FOR NOW OFFENSE. I thought he was impersonalting an inspector given that no one in their right mind would accost someone for HAVING A TICKET, OR TAKE THEM OF THE TRAM AND REFUSE THEIR NAME AND ID.


I want people to be aware that Yarra Trams are aware of this and he clearly had no problems lying in his notes to a court of law. The fine was dropped as my valid Met ticket speaks for itself. Having him mock my injury, to then use it as an excuse...it meant I couldnt comprehend why I couldnt belive he wouldnt accept my name and address WHICH HE COULDNT ASK FOR GIVEN I HAD A VALID TICKET.


I agree with the Herald Sun that Yarrra Trams admits they have a quota:but in this case it was a crimminal offence of him to take me off the tram. Can anyone see an unidentified male NOT conducting an inspection having ANY right to take you off the tram AFTER you have bought a ticket? Maybe ANYONE CAN IMPERSONATE A MET INSPECTOR TO COMMIT CRIMES. MAYBE take a girl off the tram and molest them?


I expect a full apology from Yarra Trams.


BE AWARE CLEARLY some met inspectors will commit crimminal offense to gain revenue for themselves AND break the law in the process, including the ones they purport to operate under, misleading the courts who hear fines, yet its an offense to do this, meanwhile giving false evidence meaDoes Yarra Trams encourage inspectors to submit false reports with false documentation? YES. PAY ATTENTION..?
