How can I avoid alimony, false dowry cases, get child custody from Characterless wife?

I got married 3 years ago. My wife quarrels with me regularly. She was having affair with some man of his close relatives for the last three years before marriage. She married to me I have birth to one child. Now, I came to know that she is again in intense affair with same person relative. Her sister knows it, but supporting her. Her mother has warned to implicate me in false case due to quarrels. My wife don鈥檛 love me or like me. She is also not having physical relation with me although living me under one roof. I have proof as all emails of her this whole the love affair pre and post marriage. I want to divorce her due to her characterless ness. I want custody of child and do not want to pay any alimony to her. I too want not to be implicated in false Dowry case. Please suggest me. Okay obviously this chick ';alwayswv...'; did not read the question details properly cuz he said he wants custody of the child (ie meaning no child support is due because of the fact that he would have the child) alimony is not child support you idiot. Secondly.....anyone who cheats makes a choice and is not forced....so if this heffer did cheat cuz of his character as a husband it is not to blame on the husband..

consult attorney, have all the proof, emails, phone conversation and hire a detective to have it on video then court will and should give you custody of kids, for alimony tell her you will show it to every friends and relatives of her that will shke her down

You also need to give more information about the lies, you and your wife's relationship with your child, financial situation, caregiving situation, and etc.
