Sesame seeds do not show up on your drug test. Poppy seeds do because they are a member of the opium family. They will make it appear that you have been using opium. I don't think sesame seeds will effect a test but I know for a fact that poppy seeds will give a positive result in a drug test. I have a friend who was in rehab and he was not aloud to consume Poppy seeds due to the fact of it being able to effect the results of his tests.
Nowadays tests are too sophisticated to render false positive results.


But you could try the poppy seeds bit; coat them in sugar and maybe they could stick.
You'd have to eat a heck of a lot of poppy seeds to make it look like you were taking an opiate drug.
no sesame seeds don't, but poppy seeds do!!!!
