If there's false things in a police report can you have the case dismissed?

Back in june i was in a car accident. They pinned the accident on me as being at fault with no investigation done or getting reports from people that whitnessed it.The report as a lot of things in it that are false. The company van that hit me is sewing me 9000 some dollars.they don't even know how fast the guy was going. If there's false things in a police report can you have the case dismissed?
Totally depends on the facts of the case, none of which you supplied. If you want a better answer, you need to ask a better question.

And the bottom line in all this is the judge will be the person to decide if anything is to be dismissed or not...nobody here will be making that decision anyway. If there's false things in a police report can you have the case dismissed?
It sounds like this accident occurred almost a year ago. Don't you think that if there was something questionable that was contained in the report that you should have said something earlier?

Does memory fade or get better with time? The officer sent to investigate the accident at the time would have based his report on the findings of his investigation.

He would have no reason to deliberately falsify his report. He is a certified trained traffic investigator.
Its your word against a cop. Unless you have solid evidence, as in a photograph (and sometimes the judge won't even allow that), the case won't be dismissed.
You would have to offer proof that ';there's false things in [the] police report';, and then you may be able to win the case, but it will probably not be ';dismissed'; (i.e., still require trial by the judge or jury).
You need to have proof and/or witnesses or the courts will probably side with the cop.
this is just from my experiences but they can pretty much put in there whatever they want. i was charged with having 1.8 grams of pot and i actually only had about 1 gram. this is definatley true cuz i bot 1.8 grams and smoked a few bowls. anyways what they put in the reports is usually bullshit
