After makinbg enquiry, the police has given us a clen chit and refused to register a falase FIR. Now she has moved into the court and court has summoned us under section 498a and 406. Plus she is a grduate lady and asking for maintainence. Please adviceFalse 498a case against me.?
Art. 498 A of Constitution of India, an anti -dowry act(actually it should be called a blackmailing act), is highly NOTORIOUS, one sided %26amp; discriminatory against husbands. It can easily be be misused by a distorted minded %26amp; greedy married women against their husbands on false grounds b coz no proof for their charges are needed at all %26amp; only statements submitted are supposed to be sufficient proofs. A husband can go to jail without having any fault at all on such false complaints that he demanded dowry or money from her parents for marriage even if there is no such thing. This helps mostly lawyers greatly who act as leeches for clients. Clearly, your wife is misusing that to capture 50 % of your immovable property %26amp; earnings if she seeks divorce as the end result. This act is a money minting business for bad married ladies. Many people try to kill their wives in mysterious circumstances to get rid of such wives, particularly in Gujarat state. You have to involve a good %26amp; highly reliable lawyer but try to understand the concerned laws yourself too finely so that you can't easily be fooled by lawyers too who ask clients to tell some lies in the hearings to twist the case further to prolong that for their benefits. You have internet %26amp; some close friends too who can keep your secrets upto them only. Discuss with those best wishers too before taking any decision. Always have a second opinion too in any court case. Study laws in detail again %26amp; again %26amp; analyse the origin of the dispute well to plan better to offset that %26amp; all other adverse possibilities. Don't concoct any story to complicate the case. Try to simplify the case to get rid of that fast.False 498a case against me.?
Thanks for understanding the reality so fast !

Hi

This is probably not the right forum for you to ask this question. There are too many different nationalities here, and you have posted a legal issue in a very general area, so it is not surprising that no one knows what you are talking about. ONLY an Indian would know, and then too probably not all of them either.

I think you will have more luck posting your question in this forum : http://www.legalserviceindia.com/forum/d鈥?/a>

Have a look at this site too : http://www.498a.org/ , you may get information there.

You can also do a google search on ';498a and 406 legal issues'; and I'm sure you'll get a huge amount of information.
Search SAVE INDIAN FAMILY on Internet. Get in touch with them. Get in touch with local chaper. To which city u belong?

3. Aftr setting in new house, contact good criminal lawyer of her city and arrage for AB.

Note: No need of any proof for AB, if ur criminal lawyer is good %26amp; if she is safe.

4. Leave the matter of maintenence till u get AB/ Bail frm Cort.

You have asked this before and I didn't understand your question then, nor do I now.

If it wasn't you, it was basically the same question.
