All you can do with CPS is to prove your innocence again. Their the ones who have to be satisfied.What can i do about a false cps case?
Unfortunately, you have to have some evidence that your ex reported you ';in bad faith.'; Otherwise he is protected under the law.
It is difficult to sue someone for filing legal complaints, because the law recognizes a privilege. This is true even if the complaints turn out to be false.

Assuming you can * prove * that the person filed the complaint maliciously (i.e., they knew it was false), then you could perhaps sue them. But it is very difficult to prove that unless they sent you a letter or something saying ';Haha, I just filed a false complaint against you.';

Assuming you are involved in other legal proceedings with this person [i.e., you are in a divorce or something], the judge in that case may view this filing unfavorably and it will not be helpful to the other person's case. Good luck.
