My wife threatens to lodge a false harrasment case against me. I always try to meet her needs. What to do?

I always try to meet her needs. But, time %26amp; monetory constrains many a times force me to say no to some demands. But she doesn't like ``no''. Her point is I should be a yes man %26amp; always follow what she orders. Otherwise she will land me in jail? She also says if I leave her, then too, before leaving me she will ruin me. What should I do ?My wife threatens to lodge a false harrasment case against me. I always try to meet her needs. What to do?
Do not be afraid. There are small pocket recorders you can get to tape her. Also, if you could find a way to get witnesses. Do you have any friends she's not familiar with that could sit at a booth behind you and listen to her saying these things to you. A friends wife or girlfriend of a friend could do it and if their willing they could sign an affidavit for you.





This is extortion. How can she land you in jail? Go to the police station and talk to an officer and tell them what is going on and see what they advise. Filing false charges will land her in jail.

Yes tape and video everything she says to you.
I would divorce her on the ground of unreasonable behaviour, stop giving in to her she is a nasty piece of work and you deserve better, dont waste time and make sure you keep a diary of everything she says does, but divorce her and be happy, she can only ruin you if you let her, she sounds evil!!!

But also she could jus be saying it to get what she wants she might not go ahead with it, but i wouldnt take that chance.


You can use this against her in a divorse court and hopefully she'll be taking jack s**t off you





try and record her saying it otr along the lines by your phone or hide a tape in the same room, jus make sure she doesnt find out you have done this.


If she does decide to go ahead with the allegation then you can use that as evidence, and she will be landed right in it and because she doesnt know about it, she'll be shocked and want have a leg to stand on. Get out there while you can atleasst after you have evidence.





Or even keep a diary of all the things she says on paper not as helpful but better than nothing.

let her file the the charge. She is the one that will end up in jail for filling a ';False Police report.';
secretly record her saying this. get a divorce and let the judge hear what a lunatic she is. i'd say things would go in your favor. if not, at least you don't have to be married to her anymore.
Call the police now and let them know of her threat, that way when and if she does try to file such a complaint, it will have no standing. If you have a lawyer, you should give him or her a call as well. If you don't get this on record now, it could cause problems in the future.
Get a tape recorder and carry it with you all the time and when you fight turn it on and if she says that she will do that your set. Then you dont have to worry because you have prove and tell your close friends that is what she is doing. That way in a court of law you can call the many people that you both know that she has been saying it for a long time. The tape most likly wont be allowed in the court but you can use it to stop her from calling the cops.
Get an attorney, leave her if you are no longer in love with her...never stay with someone that threatens you in anyway.

Go file for a divorce. Have everything in the papers written up of course on what it is you want. Even take the house, cars and kids( if you have any). She sounds like a real demanding Bi*ch! Everyone should learn the word NO!!





She'll need proof of her alligations on any false harrassment complaints.
I think you should just give in to her demands, let her do what she wants, then you will receive your rewards. If your a good husband you will take a second job so she will have more money to use at her desires.
