If Arabs Put Down Their Weapons There Will Be Peace. If Israelis Put Down Their Weapons There Will Be No more Jews or Israel.In either case please elaborate. True or False?
I was just reading these answers, but after the last comment I couldn't sit quiet, and had to put in my five cents.

What a bunch of bull!!! Jews kept buying that land, and Arabs kept selling it to the Jews! If you need evidence just open any of the Arab newspapers for 1900-1925. You are going to see article upon article of Arabs blaming other Arabs of selling the land to the Jews.

Another load of crap! Maybe Gentleman(or a lady) will explain to me why is it that there are NO Jews in ANY of the Arab countries, and there is close to 20% of Arab population in Israel that has all of the rights that the Jewish population has. No Israeli-Arab Citizen would want to move out of Israel! They love it there! They know what their way of life would be if they lived in one of the neighboring countries - it would be poverty and filth.

To answer the above question: Of course it is true. I talked to a lot of Israelis, and all they want is peace for themselves, and their children, AND their neighbors. Everyone I talked to says something like ';If only those Arabs would stop their fighting, we would sit down and negotiate the conditions they wouldn't dream of.'; None of them seem to hate the Arabs as a race, and everyone has something nice to say about the Arabs.


Where if you talk to a palestinian Arab all you will hear is ';Aggression, Occupation, Zionists...!!!';. They wish they had ';More and better weapons';. It is as if their souls are poisoned with hate ever since their early childhood. Just imagine that ever since you are 2 years old you sing every day something like ';All the Jews are pigs, and all the Arabs are brothers';.- EVERY DAY! IN SCHOOL! TOUGHT TO YOU BY PEOPLE YOU RESPECT THE MOST! LIKE YOUR PARENTS, AND YOUR TEACHERS! It is a very unfortunate situation.





Israel needs to be tougher, they are too soft, and their PR sucks! All they have to do is tell the truth! They don't even need to exaggerate! Arab PR is way better.In either case please elaborate. True or False?

Does it sound like a nifty propaganda catch phrase? Detractors will say that Israel has been on the defensive since the get-go, but let's be honest, they were conducting military operations in 1946 to clear out land (through massacres and intimidation, then that land was given to them in 1948), and every one of their ';defensive'; wars has increased their territory. Looking objectively, it's clear that Israel is an aggressive expansionist state.





Israel is funded by the USA, they have the most advanced military and the strongest economy in the region. They're not going anywhere anytime soon, but they would get some peace and quiet if they actually observed UN resolutions, international law, and western values (like equal rights and banning discrimination based on religion). This would, however, spell the end of jewish majority in Israel, transforming it from a jewish state into a western democracy.





Would this be a bad thing? If we had an aryan state and had the chance to turn it into a western democracy, would that be a bad thing?





Btw, by arabs, do you mean the palestinians, or the jordanians, or the egyptians, or the syrians..., because I know you're not lumping everyone into one group, that would be racist. These countries do not act in concert (and palestine isn't even a country, it's israeli territory where non-jews can't vote).

False. Israel is what created all this violence towards Lebanon and Palestine. They have to deal with an oppressive occupying force everyday. If arabs put down their weapons Israel will continue it's violence unchecked and tons of arabs will die and be displaced.
