Is it right to file bogus FIRS, bogus cases and false cases?

It is not possible to file a right case anywhere.


Case is bogus / false it can be decided only after filing. In Nithari, UP police always said: Cases are bogus but bogus / false statement / case of police is known to all.


All has a right to express / file case.


I have a problem. All say: Not sustainable. Waste. Wastage of time to listen. But problem is there. If you will listen, accept application, only then judge / officer can say it is bogus / false. Your question was bogus / false but I accept as it was filed by a good person. You wasted my time. I am wasting your time.


Allow others to express. Speak a lot and allow others to speak a lot. My wife make me silent. As a result, I am not listening to her. Both are in loss. There should be a solution to every problem / case and solution can be only after filing of case.Is it right to file bogus FIRS, bogus cases and false cases?
The courts believe very few cases filed by police and usually acquit the accused for lack of evidence or on failure of police to prove the guilt. These cases are disposed of after a very protracted trial, attendance, hearings, arguments, etc. No Governments in India ever prosecuted and get punished those policemen for filing such cases.
How can this be right?
