Could an attorney get into trouble for knowingly using a false document in a case ?

If it can be proven that he knew it was false then deliberately used it.Could an attorney get into trouble for knowingly using a false document in a case ?
Only if you can prove it.Could an attorney get into trouble for knowingly using a false document in a case ?
I would think so because that is illegal.
Yes, of course. He/she might even lose their license to practice law.
Yes. The attorney is in contempt of court and risks prejudicing his/her client and being sanctioned by the judge. Also, as the Model Rules of Professional Conduct (and, I imagine, the rules of professional conduct in whatever jurisdiction this is taking place in) make clear, an attorney risks disbarment or formal censure by engaging in dishonest practices.
if someone finds out that an attorney has done so, raises it and proves it in the court of law
Um- yes. That is a no-brainer.
Very Much so!
