NC's Attorney General issued a statement saying that she would not be charged. It was the AG's investigators opinion that the accuser believed it happened (delusional) even though ALL the evidence said nothing happened. If it went to court there would be competency issues weighing heavily on her side.





Short version.... she's nuts.What was the false accuser in the Duke rape case charged with?
The dancer/ alleged victim to my knowledge has not been charged in the incedent, but i believe she has been tagged with other assorted charges.





The DA Nifong has been disbarred, and has stepped down from his job.





Both are potential targets of a civil case, but Nifong by far would be the most viable
Last I heard, she was getting a pass, due to being mentally unstable. I guess I would be unstable too if I was an opportunistic ho who had come so close to gaining the sanctified victim status, which I could cash in on for the rest of my life and use as an excuse for every prob in my life.........only to be jack slapped back into loserville.
I think she got the same charge as the false accuser in the Kobe rape case

False reporting.
Not much especially when you consider the number of lives she destroyed. Thats what happens when you try to help out a prostitute by paying her to dance at a party. One could only imagine that her parents taught her the ';tricks'; of the trade.
LYING ABOUT THE TIME LINE
